My Receipt Printer Is Not Printing Receipts

How to Check if Your Receipt Printer is Connected To Bluetooth


  1. Go to the general settings of your iPad.
  1. Go to the Bluetooth menu.
  1. If the Device is paired, it will show under My Devices and have a status of "Connected". The device is called "TM-M30II".
    1. If it shows a status of "Not Connected", simply tap on the device name to start connecting them.
    2. If the device will not connect, turn off your receipt printer, count to 3, then turn the receipt printer back on.
    3. Attempt to re-connect again.
  1. If the device is NOT paired, then you will need to pair it. Click the device name under โ€œOther Devicesโ€. If it does not appear under โ€œOther Devicesโ€, the factory reset it:
    1. To factory reset the printer, turn the printer off, then press and hold theย Reset buttonย (a small pinhole on the back/underside) with a paperclip while powering the printer back on, continuing to hold for a few seconds until a confirmation slip prints, which wipes settings and restores default network configurations.ย
