Archiving many products (bulk archive)
You can archive up to 50 products at once using the Bulk Archive tool. This allows you to quickly and easily archive old products. Archived products are removed from in-store and online sales channels shortly after being archived.
- Click the checkboxes next to the products you want to archive
- At the top of the product list, click the “Bulk actions” button and click “Archive”
Archiving a single product
- Click “Edit” on the product you want to archive.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Archive”
