Receive your Dejavoo terminal
Once you have completed your merchant services application and been approved, you will receive your Dejavoo payment terminal.
Set up the Dejavoo terminal
- Connect the payment terminal to a power source.
- Turn the payment terminal on.
- Connect your payment terminal to Wi‑Fi, or plug it into your internet router using an Ethernet cable. Follow the instructions on the terminal.
- Once your payment terminal is connected to the internet, it will display: “Listening for transaction..”
Enable Dejavoo in the POS app
- On the POS app, go to Settings > Payment Processing.
- Enable the Dejavoo option.
- Press Save.
Note: the TPN and AuthKey values should automatically populate with your Dejavoo terminal credentials. If this is not the case, contact us at help@materialretail.com or fill out this form.
Optional: Enable signature capture
If you want the terminal to prompt customers to leave a signature:
- On the POS app, go to Settings > Payment Processing.
- Under Dejavoo, turn ON Signature Capture.
- Optional: Set a Threshold amount. Signatures will only be required for transactions above this amount.
