To view a customer's Loyalty Points and Rewards, go to either 1) the Web app or 2) the iPad app and view it on the Customer Details page.
This tutorial will show you how to check the information on the iPad app.
1. Go to the Customers page by clicking the "Customers" icon in the left menu:

2. Enter the customer's name in the search field.
3. Select the customer.
4. On the Customer Details page, you will see two Loyalty Program tabs:

5. Select the "Loyalty" tab to view all all Loyalty events, which include "Points Received," "Points Converted," and "Points Deducted."

6. Select the "Rewards" tab to view the customer's history, including expired, available, or redeemed rewards.
