Getting started with your Dejavoo terminal is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through connecting your terminal to Material POS, configuring your payment settings, and running a test transaction to ensure everything is working correctly.
By the end of this setup process, your Dejavoo terminal will be ready to accept payments from customers.
On the iPad:
Steps:
- Open your Material POS iPad App
- Navigate to Settings
- Open the Payment Processing Settings Page
- Toggle on Dejavoo
- Ensure the TPN, Authkey, and iPOS Token fields are filled
Optional: Set a threshold to require signatures for transactions over a certain amount
On the Dejavoo Terminal:
Steps:
- Plug in the Dejavoo device
- Turn on the device using the Power Button on the left side
- Once the device has powered on, Select DVpaylite
- Select connect to wifi
- Click Configure
- Toggle on Wifi
- Click Configure again
- Choose your store’s wifi network and enter your wifi password
- Once connected, click the back button 2 or 3 times until you return to dvpaylite
- Dejavoo will say listening for transactions once it is all set up
- Run a test transaction
If the transaction is not showing up, exit out of the app and start again to get the iPad and Terminal communicating
