If a customer is unable to present their credit card in person, you can manually enter the card information through the Dejavoo terminal to complete the transaction.
On the iPad:
- Go through the sale like normal
- Select Credit Card for the payment method
- Select Apply Amount
On the Dejavoo Terminal (credit card machine):
- You will see the options: Insert, Swipe, or Tap
- On that same screen you will see Enter Card Manually
- Select that option and follow the steps on the device
