Organize Your Old Gift Cards

1. Export out a list of your active gift card numbers and their amounts from your old system.

2. Use the file attached below to fill in card numbers and the associated balances.

Importing In Your Gift Cards

1. Once you have filled out the Old Gift Card Template, you will now import it into the POS.

2. Navigate to https://app.materialretail.com/gift-cards and select Old Gift Cards

3. You will see a button at the bottom of the screen that says Import. Click this.

4. Next, select the file you want to import into the POS and the import will start automatically.

5. After gift cards are loaded in, you will see each card number and it's remaining balance. You will also see a status of Redeemed or Not Redeemed next to each gift card number.
