Add a New Employee
- Login to pos.shoptiques.com.
- On the side bar, push Employees.
- To add a new employee, push the blue Add Employee button.

- A pop up window will open, then enter employee First Name, Last Name, Email and Role. If the employee is a manager, toggle on the Manager button at the bottom.
- If the employee is only going to take sales in store, you do not need to check off the box for back office access
- If the employee will be doing things in the back office such as adding product, you can check off the box and invite them via email

- After filling out the fields, push Add Employee.
Edit an Existing Employee
- Under Employees, select the employee you would like to edit and push the Edit Button on the right side.


- A pop up will appear and you can edit the Employee's Name, email, and Role.

- Push Save Employee once changes are made
Deactivate An Existing Employee
- Under Employees, select the employee you would like to edit and push the Edit Button on the right side.
- A pop up will appear and you can deactivate the employee which will stop giving them access to the POS.

- The deactivated employee will now appear in the tab of inactive employees.

ReActivate a Deactivated Employee
- Under Employees, select the Inactive tab on the employees page.
- Select the customer you would like to ReActivate and push Edit.
- Once the pop up appears, push the Activate Button to reactivate the employee.

- The employee will now show up under the Active Tab on the Employees Page.
Employee Pins
- The employee pins are used to clock in & out of the system using the iPad.
- Each code is custom and assigned to the employee upon creation of the employee.
- To reset an employee pin, simply click the "Reset" button next to the employee's name.
