Importing In Your Customer List from Your Old System
If you would like to import in your customer list from your old system, simply export your customer list and all customer information you would like included, then email it to our team at pos@shoptiques.com and we will import the customers for you.
Creating Customers on the POS App
- From the checkout screen, press the “Customer” button to attach a customer to this checkout.
- In the pop-up that appears, press “New Customer”
- Fill out the fields and press “Save” or “Save & Add to Order”
Creating Customers On Your Computer
- Navigate to https://app.materialretail.com/customers
- To add a customer, click the Add Customer button in the top right corner.
- Enter the customers information in the pop up window. Fill out as much information as you have, only first and last name are required.
- After filling out customer information, click Save Customer in the bottom right corner.
Deleting a Customer
- Open the POS web app and log into your account.
- In the left menu, click on Customers
- In the Customers Dashboard, click the 3 dots under the Action Column
3. After clicking the 3 dots, you will see the option to delete a customer. Click on the option.
4. After clicking the delete customer button please confirm in the popup that you wish to delete this customer from your POS.
