Customers can now receive their receipt by text message in addition to print and email.
Text Receipts make it easy to send a digital copy of a purchase directly to your customer's phone during checkout.
Sending a Text Receipt
- Complete the sale as you normally would.
- On the receipt screen, select Text Receipt.
- If a customer is attached to the sale, the phone number saved to their account will automatically populate. You can edit this number if they'd like the receipt sent elsewhere.
- If no customer is attached to the sale, simply enter the phone number where the receipt should be sent.
- Tap Send.
Customers will receive a link to their receipt from the store number attached to their Loyalty Rewards Program
