These steps will show you how to park a sale and retrieve it when the customer is ready to finish the transaction.
How to park a sale
- Add the items to the cart on the checkout page.
- Click the clock icon above the cart.
- (Optional) Add a reason for parking the sale.
- Click Park.
How to retrieve a parked sale
- Go to the Sales page on the iPad.
- Filter the status to show only Parked sales.
- Select the sale you want to resume.
- Click Continue Order.
- Finish the checkout like normal.
