Automatically text your customers if they earn and loyalty reward and haven't redeemed it yet. This gentle reminder provides a key reason for customers to come in and shop. Customers who are texted about unused loyalty rewards are 3x more likely to shop within the next 30 days.

Customer Re-engagement

People are busy, customers shop at a lot of different stores, sometimes they just need a reason to shop. Turn on this campaign to have customers texted if they haven’t shopped within a certain period of time.

How do I set it up?

EASY! Follow these steps and video to enable your automated messages.

1 - Log onto pos.shoptiques.com

2 - Click on Customers

3 - Click on Conversations

4 - Click on Settings at the top right

5 - Click Customer Notifications

6 - Click SMS Notifications
