Please follow these steps to set up the tool and learn how to send messages to your customers.

Step 1 - Enabling Conversations
- Click Conversations
- Click Enable/Disable Conversations
- Click the grey toggle and make it green
Step 2 - Selecting a Phone Number
- Click Conversations
- Click Phone numbers
- Click add phone number
- Search for your area code and/or numbers you want to have in the number
- Select a number
- Name your number and assign it to a location
- Click Add phone number
Step 3 - Sending your first text message
- Click Customers
- Click Conversations
- Click New Message
- Search for a customer by name, email, or phone number
- Click on the customer and enter the conversation
- At the bottom of the page, type your message and click enter or send.
- Send a photo by clicking the photo icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Conversations is free to get started and use. Every account includes 50 customer conversations per month at no additional cost. See the pricing below for additional conversation volume.
