<aside> đź’ˇ Once your design is complete, we will send it to you for approval. To complete the approvals process, please follow the steps below.

You will receive an email from [email protected] notifying you that you have an asset to review. The subject line will typically read “Please review assets from...”
Open this email and click the blue button at the bottom that says “Proceed To Review”.
This will open your asset (email, website design, social post, etc) in a new tab.
Click on the design where you’d like to leave a comment. This will mark the design with a colored dot.
Next to the dot, you will see a text box appear, please type in that text box the changes you would like us to make to that area. You can say things like “Item out of stock, replace with (product name/link)”, “Fix this typo”, “Sale should be 40% off” etc.
After you type out your comment, be sure to press the blue “send” button.
Repeat this process until all your edits have been shared with us.
After you’ve finished marking up your asset, please click the “Changes Required” Button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you do this, it will send the edits back to our designers to fix and you will be notified when there is a new draft for you to view.
If you do not have edits to the design, you can just hit the green approve button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you select the approve button, our team will be notified and we will push your asset live for you on your desired send date.
