Creating an account
You most likely already created an account as part of your signup process when you were speaking to your merchant services provider or to our account managers. If you still need to create an account you can do so by clicking here.
You will need to remember your organization from this step as this is what you will use to sign in to Material POS. You will also receive an email with this information after you complete sign up. If you forget it, see Forgot your organization code? below.
Signing In
- On your computer, open your browser and navigate to the Material POS login screen at https://app.materialretail.com
- Enter your organization, email or username, and password
- Click Sign In
Your organization name must be one word and lowercase or you will not be able to sign in
Forgot your organization code?
If you don't remember your organization code, we can email it to you.
- Go to the sign-in screen at https://app.materialretail.com
- Click Forgot your organization code? (next to Forgot password?)
- Enter the email address you use to sign in to Material, then click Send organization code
- Check your inbox for an email titled Your Material organization code. Enter the code it contains in the Organization field when you sign in.
If you work at more than one store, the email lists each of your organization codes. Codes are only sent to employees who sign in on the web. If you're an iPad-only employee, ask your store owner for the code. Didn't get the email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, or email us at help@materialretail.com.
