- If your credit card machine is not getting wifi, it is likely that something has come loose in the connection between your credit card machine and your router.
- Please check to see that your ethernet cord is plugged in tightly to the first port (the ethernet hole closest to the power cord).
- Next, check that the other end of the ethernet chord is plugged into your router.
- If you are using a TP link, follow the steps above, and ensure that your TP link is showing a solid green light.
- Next, Reboot your credit card machine. The error should be resolved. If the issue persists please call the support team.
