• On your mac, check to see if your DYMO software is running on your computer. You know it is running if you can see the DYMO logo in the status bar on your computer.
• If you see the DYMO logo but still can't print tags, simply uninstall and re-install the DYMO software by following the steps below.

Uninstalling Your DYMO software

1. Please unplug your DYMO printer from the computer. Leave it unplugged for the uninstallation and re-installation.

2. In the top right corner of your Mac, you should see something that looks like a maginfying glass. Click on it to search your Mac.

   

3. Search for "Keychain Access" and open it.

   

4. Once you are in your Keychain, search for DYMO. You should see something come up that says "DYMO Root CA"

   

5. Use two fingers on the track pad to click on the DYMO Root CA Certificate, then select Delete from the pop up menu.

   

6. After you select delete, enter your computer password to delete the software from your computer, then confirm that you would like to delete the software by entering your password again.

   

7. The software has now been deleted from your computer.

Re-Installing your DYMO Software

1. Once you have uninstalled your DYMO software using the steps above, you can now re-download the DYMO software.

2. Please download the software by clicking on this link: https://download.dymo.com/dymo/Software/Mac/DLS8Setup.8.7.5.dmg

3. Click the green download button in the top right corner to start the download.

   

4. Once the software is finished downloading, click the file to open the software.

5. Then, double click on the package to open the installer.

   

6. Go through the installation steps and agree to the terms and conditions. Once the software is successfully downloaded, you will see a green checkmark on the screen.

   

7. Once the installation is complete, click the apple logo in the top left corner of your computer and select restart.
