Navigate to pos.shoptiques.com and go to your sales dashboard
To find the order, type the order number for the web sale you'd like to return into the search bar.
Click on the order number to open the order details.
At the very top right corner of the screen, you should see a red button that says "create return".
Click on this button to launch a pop up that shows all items eligible for a return in this purchase.
For any items they are returning, note the quantity returned next to the name of that item. For anything they are not returning, make sure that quantity returned is 0 for that item.
Next click the "create return" button at the bottom of the pop up.
A return order will be created with a new order number generated by the system for this return. It will have the status Return and New next to it.
Once you have created the return and you are on the return details page, you will see a button under fulfillment that says "Cancel" or "Refund"
To refund the customer, click "refund"
The status of the return will change from Return New to Return Refunded.
The customer will be refunded immediately and it will post to their bank within 1-5 business days.
