Step 1: Enable The Automated Feed

  1. Navigate to pos.shoptiques.com/settings or submit request to have feature turned on by emailing [email protected].

  2. Select Facebook & Instagram from the menu.

  3. Click the gray arrow on the right side of the screen next to Facebook & Instagram to reveal the facebook management credentials

  4. Click on the grey toggle on the right side of the screen to enable the facebook integration. The toggle will turn green when enabled.

  5. After you enable facebook integration, your feed URL and username will be exposed below.

  6. You will need these in a later step.

Step 2: Navigate to Commerce Manager

  1. Login to your Facebook account and navigate to your boutique page.

  2. On the left hand side of your screen, you will see an option for "Manage Shop" Click here.

  3. This will open a page that shows your shop details. On the right hand side, there is a button that says "Go To Commerce Manager".

    1. Alternatively, you can access your commerce manager from your business suite by navigating to business.facebook.com

Step 3: Add The Feed To Your Commerce Manager

  1. Once you've opened your commerce manager, you will see a bar on the left hand side. Select the dropdown arrow next to the option "Catalog"

  2. Under this dropdown, select "Data Sources"

  3. You will see a list of all of your data sources. Find the data source with the status "All Good" and click on the data feed.

    PLEASE NOTE: YOU SHOULD ONLY HAVE ONE DATA SOURCE. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE DATA SOURCES IT WILL CAUSE ISSUES. PLEASE DELETE ALL DATA FEEDS EXCEPT FOR ONE* (to delete a data feed, you can click on the data feed, then click settings, then scroll to the bottom and click delete)

  4. Click Settings

  5. Scroll down to schedules

  6. Select the box for Update Schedule.
